This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through https://ndtees.in (“Website”) and is part of the Terms & Conditions of ND Tees (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Accompanied by the original tags, packaging, and invoice.
• Not part of any final sale, clearance, or custom-made product.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
• Worn, washed, or altered garments
• Items without original tags or packaging

3. Return / Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at hello@ndtees.in within 2 days of delivery, mentioning your Order ID and the reason for return.
2. Include clear photos of the product showing the issue (if applicable).
3. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for pickup or return shipping.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If you paid via UPI or bank transfer, please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

5. Exchange Policy

We allow size exchanges for eligible products, subject to stock availability.
If the desired size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at hello@ndtees.in. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged area. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund upon verification.
